Aranat

Aranat is stylistically a heterodox composition as its composer Rotraud Heller. It consists of eleven interrelated pieces in which a story is established that, in the words of the composer, describes the immortality of the essential.

The instrumental formation, the harmony, the melodies, reveal a world of sounds linked to the popular tradition, to that of the street, to that of music as a vehicle of direct communication of an experience, of a life. In short, they refer us to a music that comes out of the soul, which deliberately escapes complexity while seeking affective transparency.

Description of the work
